User Agreement
A person who participates in any sport or recreational opportunity assumes the inherent risks in that sport or recreational opportunity, whether those risks are known or unknown, and is legally responsible for all injury or death to the person and for all damage to the person’s property that result from the inherent risks in that sport or recreational opportunity.
Therefore you agree that your personal representatives and heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Rocky Mountain College and its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions or losses of bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, losses of services or otherwise which may arise out of your use of any equipment or participation in these activities. You specifically understand that you are releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that you may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the representatives, employees, and volunteers of Rocky Mountain College.
You fully understand and acknowledge that recreational and fitness activities have (a) inherent risk, dangers, and hazards and such exists in your use of any equipment and your participation in these activities; (b) your participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, or other ailments that could cause serious disability or death; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Rocky Mountain College, the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, or other causes; (d) by your participation in these activities and use of equipment, you hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or the conduct of the representatives, employees, or volunteers of Rocky Mountain College, or by any other person. Rocky Mountain College encourages all participants to consult with their primary care physician prior to participation in any fitness activity at the Fortin Fitness Center.
By registering for a service through the Rocky Mountain College website, you may be waiving your legal right to a jury trial for any injuries or damages resulting from risks inherent in the sport or recreational opportunity or for any injuries or damages you may suffer due to ordinary negligence that are the result of the failure to exercise reasonable care.

Rocky Mountain College collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our service. You provide some of this data directly through our membership agreement.
Rocky Mountain College uses the data we collect to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, promotions and product information.
Youth Access Policy
Locker Rooms - Members and guests age 6 or older are not permitted in opposite-sex locker rooms.
Fitness Center - Members and guests must be at least 15 years old to work out on their own in the Fortin Fitness Center. Use of courts is permitted if at least 15 years old unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Fitness Classes - Members and guests must be at least 15 years old to participate in any fitness classes.
Swimming Pool - Members and guests must be at least 15 years old to be in the pool area during lap swim and open swim time unless accompanied and supervised by an adult.
In order to complete your membership, you must provide payment prior to use.
