Need to make a payment on a booking? You can now request us to call you to submit payments for Journese bookings to these destinations: Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America and Continental USA. Callbacks will be made Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm PDT and Saturday from 7:00am – 4:00pm PDT. All requests submitted after hours or on Sunday will be addressed on the next business day. Please note, callback agents can assist with payment for air-inclusive and land-only bookings, including payment using multiple credit cards. The Payment Desk agents will not be able to accept payments for cruise bookings, change or cancel existing bookings or accept new booking requests. Travel Protection plans can be added or removed by the payment desk prior to deposit.
