  • Consumer feedback is a way for you the consumer to inform us of your experience with Robinvale District Health Services. You can pass onto us comments or complement our services, suggestions for service improvements or let us know about any concerns or complaints you have.

    Whatever you have to say, your feedback is very welcome and you can fill out this form. Once you have completed this form, you will be able to submit it to our Quality Department.
