Advance Notice of Vacation

Continuing Kumon study during breaks promotes a sense of year-round stability in a student's academic life. This, in turn, makes it easier for the student to adjust to school academics. However, Kumon's corporate policy allows only one month off without work from a single subject per calendar year. Any time off beyond that will require a new placement test, registration fee, materials fee, and deposit. 

We kindly request that this form be filled out at least two weeks in advance. If not, we may not be able to have the vacation work ready during your desired timeframe. In that case, you may need to pick up the work on a non-center day from the pickup bin located outside the center.
