CPA Fellowship Applications: Route B

The aim of the CPA is to promote and encourage the creation of high quality ceramics. Applicants for Fellowship are expected to demonstrate development and longevity within their ceramic practice since being awarded Selected membership.
This application form is for Route B submissions only. Please follow our Procedures for Selection to Fellowship guidelines.

Route B: Any CPA Fellow may nominate a Selected member, using this form. This nomination requires a statement of support from a second Fellow. The application form itself must be submitted under the name of the member standing for Fellowship.
