Hakim-Training Program Unit #2 starting From January 19th., 2022
Syllabus:
In this unit, we will discuss the relationship between sex and spirituality, and business and spirituality from an Islamic Sufi perspective. We will also explore 30 virtues and how to embrace them with compassionate self-awareness that can allow self-assessment and transformation to refine character.
Unit #2: Refining our characters
Prerequisite Assignment
Every students is required to answer the self-reflecting questions that will be send to them, and be ready to share it in the first class.

Code of Ethics:
Every student must sign Universal Chaplaincy Code of Ethics before first class starts.
Attendance
This class is highly interactive. Therefore, every student is expressed to attend all classes to getthe full benefits of class discussions and didactics. In case you may have to be absent from class, you will have to watch the recoded video as soon as you can and catch up with any missing assignments. Every student is allowed three leave of absence during the unit.
Assignments:
This class is meant to help you become more self-aware and to learn how to facilitate a way for others to become self-aware. Therefore, we emphasis on doing all the assignment on time to really get the full benefit of the class.

Interpersonal Relationships:
Every student is expected to fully participate in sharing thoughts, feelings, critique, and readingreflections in class discussions.
Real Life Scenarios:
Active exercises on how to respond as a Hakim/Hakimah in different scenarios.
Verbatims:
Every student isrequired to submit two verbatims (case-studies)
Supervisors Final Evaluation:
Every student will receive a final evaluation report by his/her supervisors.
Certificate:
Every student will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing all the assignments required by the supervisor.
