Medicare & You - Registration

Presented by ADRC Benefits Specialists of Chippewa County
We will discuss enrolling in Medicare, the parts of Medicare, the difference between Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Supplements, and other drug coverage options. We provide unbiased information, and there is no cost to attend. The presentation is open to anyone new to Medicare, currently on Medicare, caregivers, families and community partners. You must register each person separately - Class size is limited.

August class is followed by a free event to get help completing your Power of Attorney (POA) documents. No RSVP required. Read more about the event on our website.

If the class needs to be cancelled due to weather or minimum class size isn't met, we will send an email. We also send a follow up email after the class with links to more resources. If attending virtually, we require an email address to be entered so send the meeting link.

Our class is open to residents outside of Chippewa County, however, some information may be specific to Chippewa County.
Choose a class. Room capacity is limited (so it's important to register each person separately), but we also offer virtual "hybrid" classes, where you will hear & see the Presenter during the in-person class, along with the PowerPoint on the screen. MINIMUM CLASS SIZE may result in the class being canceled - We will contact you if that happens.*

Most Medicare information is the same regardless of county. Eau Claire County offers both in-person and virtual presentations (Chippewa County residents may attend) - Sign up here. If you have questions or need assistance after the class, you will be referred back to your local county's ADRC.
