Thank you for participating in #URSTEMrecharge this year. This is the place to upload an action plan if you would like to share it with the AS&E Deans. This information is being collected by AS&E leadership for the purpose of gathering best practices, ideas, a sense of obstacles, and to see what resources might best benefit inclusive research environments in AS&E moving forward. These action plans will be used to help document DEI efforts at the departmental level, and to spur conversations among faculty, grad students and others about such efforts. Note all questions are optional.
