Terms & Conditions

For any returning mattress, a $50 Collection Fee per mattress payable to the collection team in cash (no receipt will be given)
One household or delivered address is only eligible to return one mattress
The collection address will have to be the same address we delivered previously
A minimum trial of 30 days is necessary to give yourself to accustom to the comfort feel of the new mattress
The refund amount will be generated back either via the original payment mode or other payment mode between 7 to 10 business days upon approval
The refund amount does not include any utilised vouchers, rebates, coins, etc. from the platform you purchased from. The refund amount will be your final payment amount only.
100-Days Free Trial will starts from the delivery date
Zinus reserves the rights not to proceed with the return and refund, if the application for return is beyond the specified 100 days, or the mattress is not in good condition. We require any returned mattress to be in good condition – no drool, stains, bed bugs or mysterious smells. This is necessary to curb any form of improper usage or abuse
Not applicable to clearance models or otherwise indicated
For premises which are not on lift landing or lift is not working, there will be a charge of $10 per mattress, for per staircase/storey/level down from your home to the ground level. Please note that this is also applicable to HDB Maisonette units and Landed Properties (to be paid together with the collection fee directly to the collection team)
