POLICIES & PROCEDURES
REGISTRATION

Tuition for 13-52 classes are due upon registration.

AAS is closed on major holidays (Labor Day/ThanksgivingDay/Christmas Day/New Years Day/Memorial Day/Independence Day.
DISCONTINUING LESSONS & REFUND POLICY

I understand that a class space is reserved for each student. If I discontinue there will be a CHARGE for classes ATTENDED or UNATTENDED up to 14 days AFTER a withdrawal letter via email is given to AAS indicating date of notice and the last date my attendance at AAS. The remainder of unattended classes will be pro-rated and that amount will be refunded and credited to me in the same form that was paid.

****Please note that “14-days” represents 2 weeks tuition**
MAKE-UPS

Classes can be re-scheduled with at least 12 hour notice or cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstance (only 2 allowed for 13-26 class package & 4 for 39-52 class package.) Missed classes they are SCHEDULED and NOT cancelled WILL BE BILLED.
CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS

Students should join their class a couple minutes early to ensure a proper connection. Their and their camera/microphone must be on, and they must be on time, do the remote learning from a quiet room in their house, mute themselves when the teacher is talking and giving instructions and be prepared with the list of materials given and class supplies recommended. Students MUST LOG OFF properly at the end of their session.
