Do you currently use a warehouse fulfilment service for your DTC orders?
According to the British Beauty Council’s 2020 Courage To Change report, 91% of consumers polled said they wanted less packaging, while 39% thought brands should be doing more to produce environmentally-friendly packaging. Do your customers actively engage with your brand about eco concerns like this?
Do you have any type of refill option currently (return and resend, plastic refill pouches) or have you tried doing refills previously? Please also note any barriers you face.

Additional notes
Please provide product in plastic 2.5L, 5L or 10L jerry cans. If we receive your product in tubs we will need to decant into new plastic jerry cans and this will result in a re-work cost.
Estimated delivery date for your initial bulk products?
We need to know the dry weight of your jerry can OR the exact weight of the product in the jerry can in order to accurately record the weight of product to stock. This is really important so stock levels are kept accurate. As you can imagine, we can't simply count the units in a bulk container as a normal warehouse would with stock! You don't need to record this now, as you might use different jerry cans. Just please be aware of this and tell us the weight when you send your bulk product in. Please be aware there will need to be about 2% wastage.

We use Mintsoft as our warehousing software.

Your refill orders (by their unique refill SKUs) will be sent from your e-comm store to our warehouse for fulfilment. When filled and shipped, the tracking details will be automatically sent to your e-comm store backend.

So we need some extra steps to get them talking to each other. We will send you integration details specific to your store platform.

Make sure you're tracking stock on your side so we don't go into back-order on our side.
