I understand that I am signing a legally binding contract.

It is my responsibility to notify A-1 Bail bonds, MCTX Bail Bonds, A-1 Discount Bail Bonds immediately if I change my address, phone number, or employment.

It is my responsibility to ensure that the defendant is in court every time s/he is scheduled to be there. It is my responsibility to contact A-1 Bail Bonds, MCTX Bail Bonds, A-1 Discount Bail Bonds immediately if defendant is put back in any jail for any reason.

If the defendant misses ANY court appearance for ANY reason, MCTX Bail Bonds can demand immediate payment from ME for the full bond amount plus court costs, plus attorneys’ fees and any costs to return the defendant to jail. A lawsuit shall
be filed if all amounts due are not paid within ten days after DEMAND. All legal fees, filing fees, courts costs, collection costs and any additional fees shall be added to this amount.

If DEFENDANT misses court, you authorize us to export all co-signers/and defendants’ pictures onto any and all social media accounts for recovery.

I am responsible for any balance due on the account.

I understand that I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEFENDANT UNTIL THE CASE(S) IS COMPLETELY RESOLVED. That means the case has been dismissed or the defendant has pled and the court has entered a judgment, which has been signed by the judge and filed with the County or District Clerk.

I understand that MY OBLIGATION does not end until the case(s) is resolved.
