Promote free, fair, equal, and transparent elections by repealing Act 77 of 2019 and Act 12 of 2020. Require voter ID, verification of U.S. citizenship status, an annual inspection of voter rolls. Enhance the right and ability to detect and challenge voter fraud. Empower poll watchers and representatives to meaningfully observe and challenge every aspect of the registration and voting process. Prohibit voting via satellite offices or drop boxes. Make existing audits transparent, requiring forensic audits after each primary and general election and create a secure, on-line system through which voters can verify their votes were recorded and counted correctly
Restore the Constitutional rights of the people that were eviscerated by Tom Wolf and the Secretary of Health’s Business Closure, Stay At Home, Mask, and other Executive Orders issued during the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that never again can the Governor or Secretary order the closure of businesses or schools or order healthy Pennsylvanians to remain in their homes or to wear masks. Adhere to Pennsylvania’s Constitution and allow ONLY the General Assembly the power to suspend laws.
Protect the Constitutional rights of the people against further deprivations in the name of “Covid” by prohibiting state and local governments, businesses, schools, and all public and private entities of every kind from mandating Covid-19 vaccines, requiring “vaccine passports” and by prohibiting them from establishing “separate by equal” facilities for non-vaccinated employees, students, customers and all others.
Restore equal protection under the law, parental rights, and traditional education and family values to Pennsylvania’s schools by banning Critical Race Theory from the curriculum, policies, and practices. Ensure fairness and equality in girls’ and women’s sports by preserving those sports for biological females.
Amend the Pennsylvania Constitution to empower the people of Pennsylvania to recall elected officials who oversee local or state executive branch offices, including but not limited to the Governor and Attorney General, and members of the county trial courts and state appellate courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Protect and preserve our right to keep and bear arms protected by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution by forbidding state and local governments from enforcing any new federal gun control laws or regulations enacted after December 31, 2020. Protect the right to open carry firearms during a declared state of emergency.
