- After booking a slot and making a payment you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder in case you don’t see the confirmation in the inbox
- Please note, pre-payment is required for this service, the bookings for this service are non-refundable.
- Please note that an additional cost of £45 per test applies if you get a test on weekends or during holiday time.
- PCR tests with Fit-to-Fly certificates that we offer are accepted worldwide. Please check the testing requirements of the country of destination before you travel.
- Please have a valid ID with you when visiting the testing centre.
- We provide Fit-to-Fly certificates for individuals with negative results as part of our service. Please note, we are only able to test people without Covid-19 symptoms.
- The results will be sent to you by email and can be presented to an airline staff when boarding the plane and/or to an officer at the border upon arrival.

The COVID-19 RT-PCR test is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2 in upper and lower respiratory specimens (such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, lower respiratory tract aspirates, bronchoalveolar lavage, and nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate) collected from individuals suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare provider (HCP), as well as upper respiratory specimens (such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs, or mid-turbinate swabs) collected from any individual, including for testing of individuals without symptoms or other reasons to suspect COVID-19 infection.
