Thank you for choosing Pistils for your project! We require a $20 project deposit to begin work.

Our team of artisans will review your project details and reach out to you by email or phone with any questions, or if the final project cost will exceed the estimate quoted above – if costs will be higher than estimated, we will not proceed without your approval.

When your project is complete, you will receive a final invoice by email. The $20 deposit will be applied to this invoice. Once the invoice is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your project is available for pickup at our warehouse location at 522 N Thompson St. Pickup hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11am-5pm. Please wait for that email to arrive before coming to pick up your order.

When your project is complete, you will receive a final invoice by email. The $20 deposit will be applied to this invoice. This invoice will also include the shipping fee for your order. You will enter your shipping address during the checkout product. Once the invoice is completed, your order will ship within 5 business days (Monday through Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as the box is packed.
