  • White color is shining through the lights and making them washed out

*Confirm that you are using the LED LAMP app and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Open the LED LAMP app and turn wheel lights on -> go into "WHT DIM" tab and turn brightness to 0% -> go back to the "RING" tab and select on 100% brightness. This should fix the issue, if not proceed with remaining options

Step 2: Delete and re-install the app

Step 3: Try it with another device

Step 4: Disconnect the control box from the battery, delete the LED LAMP app, reconnect the control box to the battery, redownload the LED LAMP and connect the bluetooth through the app (not through your phone's bluetooth)

  • Portion of the ring has burnt out or a few LED chips displaying different colors than the rest of the ring

Step 1: Check the prongs on the connector to ensure they are not bent or damaged. This would cause the wheel ring to display colors incorrectly

Step 2: Check ring for damage and/or water in the ring. This could be caused by hitting a big rock, etc.

  • Ring has fallen off the vehicle

N/A - continue with Online Warranty Form

  • Lights not connecting to the app

*Confirm that you are using the LED LAMP and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Check all connections to make sure they have good connection and are tight. Check the prongs inside of the connectors to ensure that none are bent or damaged

  • Entire wheel light has stopped illuminating

Step 1: Check to see if there is any pulling tension being placed on the wiring lead coming off of the ring (this can cause the wiring to pull out of the ring)

Step 2: Check the prongs on the connectors to confirm none are bent or damaged

Step 3: Check the wheel ring casing for any damage

  • Dim wheel lights

*Confirm that you are using LED LAMP and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Disconnect ground wire (black wire) and reconnect it to confirm it's connected properly and secure.

If the ground wire is not attached directly to the battery terminal, remove it and connect it directly to the battery terminal to test the wheel lights (unless you have it hooked up to a fuse due to higher voltage battery)

Step 2: Check all wires and wiring leads for any knicks or damage.

Check all connections to ensure they are tight.

Confirm none of the prongs on the connectors are bent or damaged

Step 3: Disconnect the control box from the battery, delete the LED LAMP app, reconnect the control box to the battery, redownload the LED LAMP and connect the bluetooth through the app (not through your phone's bluetooth)

Step 4: Unplug all rock lights and re-plug each one by one (you'll want to re-check the lights after each re-plug). Please indicate in the notes if this process isolates one rock light pod or if the problem continues with all of them.

  • Turning off wheel lights and they go to a specific color

*Confirm that you're using LED LAMP and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Make sure your battery is 12v, 14v battery will cause issues with the control box

Step 2: Disconnect the control box from the battery, delete the LED LAMP app, reconnect the control box to the battery, redownload the LED LAMP and connect the bluetooth through the app (not through your phone's bluetooth)

Step 3: Do you have the blue wire connected? (this comes out of the control box, if connected to a power-source they will stay red all the time)

  • Wheel lights illuminating different colors

*Confirm that you're using LED LAMP and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Make sure that all of the arrows on the connectors are lined up *this is important!*

Step 2: Remove the fuse and put it back in to see if that fixes the issue

Step 3: Disconnect the control box from the battery, delete the LED LAMP app, reconnect the control box to the battery, redownload the LED LAMP and connect the bluetooth through the app (not through your phone's bluetooth)

Step 4: Disconnect one wheel ring at a time from the connector (then plug it back in before moving to the next) to see if any of the wheel rings are short circuiting the rest

  • Lights working with remote, but not functioning properly with the app

*Confirm that you're using LED LAMP and selecting LED BLE within that app

Step 1: Remove the fuse and put it back in to see if that fixes the issue

Step 2: Disconnect the control box from the battery, delete the LED LAMP app, reconnect the control box to the battery, redownload the LED LAMP and connect the bluetooth through the app (not through your phone's bluetooth)

  • Functions are glitching and not performing properly

Step 1: Plug the LED Tailgate Strip into another truck and see if it functions properly.

Step 2: If you have a newer vehicle and only a portion of the LED Tailgate Strip lights up then we recommend trying it with a 4-pin canbus decoder.

  • LED chips burnt out

N/A - proceed with Online Warranty Form

  • Lights won't come on at all after trying for the first time

Step 1: Twist 180 degrees and plug them in backwards (some vehicles are reverse polarity)

  • Lights flickering

Step 1: Depending on the year and model of your vehicle you may need anti-flicker power resistors in order to use any LED headlights in it

  • Light has burnt out after using for some time

N/A - proceed with Online Warranty Form
*We will require a photo of the bulb cut to proceed with warranty, this will be uploaded instead of the video on the Online Warranty Form

  • Only high beam or low beam working on dual beam

Step 1: Check that the prongs inside the headlight bulb connector aren't bent. If they are, carefully straighten it and the bulb should work again

  • RGB+W Headlights Only: Cannot connect to the app

Step 1: Ensure that you are using the app "LED Lamp" then select LED Ble within that app

Step 2: Try using another device to connect with

  • Lights won't show up in the app

Option 1: Confirm that you are using the correct app, LED LAMP and then select LED BLE within that app

Option 2: Delete and re-install the app

Option 3: Try it with another device

Option 4: Disconnect the power from your battery, close the app & turn off bluetooth, open app & turn on bluetooth, attach lights to battery again

  • Pure white function isn't working

Option 1: Confirm that you are using the LED LAMP app and then select LED BLE within that app. Connect to device and select "WHT DIM" in the app

  • Lights staying on dim after shutting them off

Option 1: Confirm that your battery isn't higher than a 12v, the control boxes are not meant for higher than a 12v battery.

Option 2: Confirm that the rubber mounting pads were installed when the rock lights were initially installed
*if your battery is higher than 12v or the rubber mounting pads weren't installed, send us an email at info@adrenalineoffroadoutfitters.com

Option 3: If the ground wire isn't attached directly to the battery, try attaching the ground wire (black wire) directly to the battery terminal.

Option 4: Check to make sure that all arrows on each connector are lined up properly. On each connector you will see a small arrow, these both need to be lined up.

Option 5: Disconnect the power from your battery, close the app & turn off bluetooth, open app & turn on bluetooth, attach lights to battery again

Option 6: Unplug all rock lights and re-plug each one by one (you'll want to re-check the lights after each re-plug). Please indicate in the notes if this process isolates one rock light pod or if the problem continues with all of them.

  • Burnt out/dim lights

Option 1. Check to make sure none of the prongs are bent on either connector.

Option 2. Plug one of the working rock lights into the connector from the control box (or the extension wire) that was attached to the burnt out/dim pod. If the pod functions properly then the pod is burnt out. If that pod doesn't function properly then it's an issue with the extension wire or connector from the control box.

Option 3: Unplug all rock lights and re-plug each one by one (you'll want to re-check the lights after each re-plug). Please indicate in the notes if this process isolates one rock light pod or if the problem continues with all of them.

  • Rock light bundle kit (8+8, 12+12, etc) and only one kit is dim

Option 1: Check ground wire (black wire) to confirm it's connected properly and secure. If not attached directly to the battery terminal, try to connect it directly (unless you have it hooked up to a fuse due to higher voltage battery)

Option 2: Check all wires for any knicks or damage on the kit that is dim, and check all connections to ensure they are tight

Option 3: Check to make sure that all arrows on each connector are lined up properly. On each connector you will see a small arrow, these both need to be lined up.

Option 4: Disconnecting power from your battery, close the app & turn off bluetooth, open app & turn on bluetooth, attach lights to battery again

Option 5: Connect one rock light to the working control box and see if it produces normal brightness on that rock light. If so, you will need a new control box

Option 6: Unplug all rock lights and re-plug each one by one (you'll want to re-check the lights after each re-plug). Please indicate in the notes if this process isolates one rock light pod or if the problem continues with all of them.

  • Rock lights suddenly start burning out fast and not functioning properly

Option 1: Confirm that all rubber mounting pads were used during install
*if the rubber mounting pads weren't installed, send us an email at info@adrenalineoffroadoutfitters.com right away
