Applicants who fail to provide accurate information as required in each field of the application form will be automatically disqualified from the application/lottery process without further notice.
The Shuang-Ho Hospital (one of the TMU-affiliated hospitals) dormitory is located on the 14th floor of the Teaching and Research Building at the Shuang-Ho campus (click here for the campus map).
This dormitory provides four-person rooms (private bathroom) with a monthly rate of TWD 2,500 (including utilities) for each spot.
There are three housing periods each year:
- 1st semester: September to January
- 2nd semester: February to June
- Summer period: July to August.
Please read the following notes carefully before applying:
1. The full dorm fees for the entire housing period must be paid within the indicated deadline. A monthly basis or installment plan is not applicable.
2. Refunds are NOT available if tenants check out during the housing period or are evicted from the dormitory due to rule violations.
*The Office of Global Engagement follows the dormitory management team's management decisions regarding any violations of the provisions in this agreement.
3. Since the hospital dormitory is for medical staff at Shuang-Ho Hospital, it is required to keep voices down at all times, even in the daytime, as the night shift staff need to rest.
4. We can NOT arrange or provide accommodation for couples or families.
5. Cooking in the dormitory is prohibited.
6. Due to limited vacancies, applicants are NOT guaranteed housing placement or roommates. The Office of Global Engagement announces the final results.
7. The application will imply that the applicant has agreed to all the terms & conditions.
