The Grain service provides speeds to your router. Not all devices will be capable of seeing these speeds, and you will see lower speeds over Wi-fi, or if a large number of devices are connected to your service. Before submitting your query, please run through the Grain troubleshooting and provide an image of a wired speed test and our team can look at the service concerns for you.
Wi-Fi
Wi-fi service can be impacted by lots of different factors, some of which are within your control and some are not. Thick walls, underfloor heating or devices such a microwaves and baby monitors can all interfere. Before submitting your query, please take a quick look at the Grain wi-fi troubleshooting, which may be able to answer your query for you.
