COVID-19 protocols are still in place. While you no longer have to wear a mask, if you are experiencing any cold/flu/covid/allergy type symptoms, you must reschedule! If you come in with symptoms, you will be asked to leave or wear a mask if you have tested negative for COVID-19.
All gift certificates, once purchased, are: nonrefundable, nontransferable, and have no cash value. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase products. Only valid on services. If a client no shows with a gift certificate or cancels with less than a 24 hour notice, it will become invalid and have no value (except in emergency situations). Please use all gift certificates within 6 months (stated on the gift certificate)
All cancellations must be made in advance of at least 24 hours. If a cancellation is made after 24 hours, the client will be charged 50% of the service price. If a client is a no-show for an appointment, 100% of the service price with be charged (except in emergency situations). Client will be required to pay late cancellations or no-show fees before booking their next appointment. Client must pay this fee within 24 hours of a late cancellation or no-show. All cancellations must be called in or sent as a text directly to me! Do not send a facebook message or other social media message.
New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and go over all policies.
Children are allowed, only with prior approval. Please let me know PRIOR to your appointment if your child will be with you for your appointment. Children under the age of 6 must be in the room with you while you receive your service, if this will not work, you must reschedule your appointment with proper notice.
All products that are purchased are final sale. If you feel a product is in poor condition or inferior to the same product you have had in the past; please notify me immediately and a new product will be given in replacement with return of bad product.
All services once paid for are nonrefundable. If a service is paid for in advance and booked in advance, the client must provide adequate notice of canceling or the service price will not be refunded. If a client cancels a prepaid appointment and does not rebook within 30 days, the fee is nonrefundable.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late (without letting me know ahead of time) the appointment will be canceled and the client will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.
