If there are multiple families applying for the same cat or kitten, then they will be allowed to adopt or pre-adopt on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order that they have come by the rescue in person to meet the cat or kitten and turn in their paperwork.

Healing Hearts does have a 14 day health guarantee so any urgent care needed within the first 14 days of adoption will be covered by our rescue as long as you use our vet and notify us in advance.

Healing Hearts Animal Rescue does maintain a very liberal return policy on our foster cats and kittens. We understand that sometimes the cat or kitten you adopted may not get along with your other animals or not ultimately be the right fit for your family. Provided you have followed the adoption contract that you signed upon adoption, our cats and kittens may always be returned to us at any point for any reason. If returned within 14 days, your adoption fee will be also be refunded to you.
