  • Each Small Business vendor must bring there own table and chairs. We have a limited number of spots so not everyone that applies will get a spot. Vendors that are accepted in that day’s market will receive and email prior to the day they are to attend. If using a tent, the tent may not be larger than 10x10 and is required to be fully secured with sandbags at each post.

    Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.

    Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 10’x10’ display size.

    Snowflake Village/The Village Garden Shop is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on property. In addition, Snowflake Village/The Village Garden Shop assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

    Vendors may have access to event space starting at 7:00am and must be set up by 8:00am when the event starts. The event concludes at 2:00 pm and vendors have until 3:00 pm for break down. Participation in Snowflake Villages/The Village Gardens Farmer and Artisan Market is voluntary, and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

    Vendors will receive the following with their $30 fee: Guaranteed 10’ by 10’ spot at our high traffic prime location (12201 S. Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28273), access to power if needed, Wi-Fi if needed, restrooms, ample parking, food trucks for both customers and vendors, and strong marketing from us including our vast customer database, social media following and marketing from vendors like you. More details to follow once you have been accepted.

    Vendors are responsible for all clean up within their display area and removal of their products.

    Vendors should observe social distancing practices.

  • In the event of a proven accident, bad weather riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, Snowflake Village/The Village Garden Shop will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. If you have already paid for your spot we will contact you on whether you would like a refund or would like us to keep your fee and apply it to the next weekend. If you have to cancell for any reason we ask that you infor us no later than two days before your event so that a wait listed vendor can fill your spot. 

    Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided Snowflake Village/The Village Garden Shop. Your signature verifies your consent to these.
