    Use - a responsible adult over the age of 18 Whom is free from alcohol and drugs (perscription or not) must supervise at all times and ensure that it is being used in an appropriate manner for what the equipmentis used for.

    * The equipment is designed for children aged between 6 months & 2 years for tinytots package and 12 months to 5 years for toddler on the move package. all children mus be in full clothing and younger ones that wear nappies are required to have them on at all times.

    * NO FOOD OR DRINK or CHEWING GUM silly string, party poppers,facepaint,balloons is permitted on or near the play equipment you as the hirer are to ensure that equipment is keept in a clean condition. you are advised that if there is excessive mess on the equipment you will be charged a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged  whilest we are happy to to perform routine  cleaning ,additional cleaning takes more time this may mean you loose your $50 refundable deposit.

    * NO shoes,jewllery,badges ect MUST be removed before using equipment you will ensure that children dont have any loose items in their pockets while using the equipment.

    * NO animals,sharp instuments,chairs,tables or extra toys are to be taken onto the play area.

    * No smoking or alcohol or any chemicals  are  permited in or near the play equipment.

    * Ensure that no children presenting with illness or infection are using the play equipmet  as this  may encourage the spread of germs.

    * Ensure that there is no overcrowding of the play equipment and no running onto the equipment this could pose a risk of injury.

    * Ball Pit - please do not allow children to throw the balls,or place balls in there mouth. please collect balls prior to pick up and place in tubs provided. we understand that some balls may be damaged or lost how ever if there seems to be a large number (ie more than 20) missing then you will be charged a $15 replacement fee per 25 balls.

    * play equipment will not be hired out in wet weather unless cover is supplied eg hall,shed, sunroom ect.

    * The hiree is to ensure addiquet shade and sun safe measures are taken to minimise the risk of heat stroke related illnesses and/or sunburn. please ensure children are wearing hats and sunscreen at all times. please do not allow play equipment to be in direct sun for to long as it will become hot to touch do not allow chilldren to play on hot equipment.

    * Children are Not to stack up the equipment and then climb as this may result in serious injury. and wriggles and giggles toddler play hire will not be held liable.

    * if throughout the hire period an object becomes damaged you as the hiree are required to remove the item from the play area. this includes damaged and squished balls from the ball pit.

    * Emergency - in the event that someone is seriously injured,DO NOT MOVE the individual, remove all participants from the equipment and dial 000 imediately and log in incident book provided on set up. incase of fire you as the hiree are required to follow your fire evacuation plan and dial 000 imediately and wriggles and giggles toddler play hire as soon as safe to do so.

    * Rain- in the event of rain during the hire you are required to find suitable cover and if no suitable cover you ar Not permitted to let children play on the wet equipment as it will become very slippery this may cause serious injury.

    * Hire charges - once a completed booking form has been completed, a $50 non-refundable depoist must be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking  the remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the hire date. delivery will not take place unless full payment has been made Including a $50 refundable payment to be held against damages, lost items and clean condition of the equipment.

    Cancellation- Hire charges are not refundable where the event is cancelled within less than 7 days prior to the booking date.

    Wriggles and Giggles Toddler Soft Play Hire accepts no responsability and will not be held liable for any injury occured whilst setting up and using the equipment to participant,spectators or property where equipment is ercted.

    Hiree hire's the equipment at own risk.
