The above-referenced Client shall reimburse the Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur outside the original agreed-upon terms at the time of booking. These costs may include, but are not limited to, travel, gas, parking fees, etc.

Proof photography will be delivered through 2ephotography.zenfolio.com. Photos can also be shared using WeTransfer.com upon the Client's request.

The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including, but not limited to, specifying person(s) and/or scenes to be photographed and taking time to pose for photographs as directed by the Photographer.

The Photographer retains the copyright to all photographs and hereby grants the Client a limited-use release. This release allows the Client to print and display images for personal use. The Client may not resell the images or use them for profit without the express written consent of the Photographer.

The Client has read and understood the terms above and hereby agrees to the terms of this agreement.
