TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will be sent an initial invoice for a 25% deposit once your booking request has been processed. The deposit must be paid within 10 working days of issue to confirm the booking. If the deposit is not paid within this time, the held seats will be released. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email from Capital E.
Final Numbers and Payment:
Final numbers and full payment for the booking must be received at least 10 working days before the performance, or the booking will be considered cancelled. If your numbers increase, you must let us know before attending the performance as additional seats are subject to availability. You will be sent an additional invoice for any seats added to your booking, and full payment must be received before you attend the performance.
Bookings made within four weeks of the performance will be issued a full invoice and payment must be received before attending. Please ensure prompt payment to guarantee your booking.
The initial 25% deposit is refundable only if you cancel the booking in writing prior to 20 working days before the date of your performance. All other refunds are at the discretion of Capital E and considered on a case-by-case basis.
National Theatre for Children and Covid-19
With the removal of the Covid-19 protection framework on 12 September 2022, all of Capital E’s National Theatre for Children performances will be going ahead as planned. The use of masks in confined spaces is encouraged, but no longer required to attend, and hand sanitiser will be available on entry.
NB: If anyone in your group presents as unwell on the day, please do not let them attend the performance.
If performances in your region are cancelled due to Covid-19 obligations, your tickets will automatically be transferred to new dates in your region, and you will be notified in writing of this change. In the event we are unable to deliver Kiwi Moon to your region, your booking will be transferred to our 2023 junior touring work. If you are unable to attend any of the new dates, please contact us directly and we will process a refund in accordance with our standard refund policy.
