HOW TO SCORE YOURSELF
The total score per KEY AREA is 100 points. For each section, there are 4 Levels to assess yourself with:
Power (0-25)
Purpose (26-50)
Progress (51-75)
Pain (76-100)
You will carefully read the description of these 4 levels, then score yourself with the number that best represents your current life as it stands today.
The purpose of the 0-25 scale inside each of the 4 Levels is to give you room to select what is most accurate for you, and where you are trending.
The LOWER your SCORE, the better.
Remember, this STRESS Power Assessment is supposed to highlight where there are gaps inside your Stress Bank and where you can UPGRADE your results.
For the sake of you sanity, be brutally honest with yourself - with the good, the bad, and the ugly.
