  • By submitting this form you agree to the following:

    • I agree to pay a Non-Refundable 25% down-payment (€87.50 + VAT) of THE HomeShare's Placement Fee upon instructing THE HomeShare Team to begin the search for a Sharer for our Homeshare Plus option and a 50% deposit (€75 + VAT) of THE HomeShare's Placement Fee upon instructing THE HomeShare Team to begin the search for a Sharer for our Homeshare Connect option
    • I agree to pay the remaining 75% (€262.20 + VAT) of THE HomeShare Placement Fee once a sharer has been introduced and a match has been confirmed for our Homeshare Plus option and the remaining 50% Placement Fee of €75 + VAT for our Homeshare Connect option 
    • I agree to pay the monthly Support Fee (€195 +VAT) to THE HomeShare for our Homeshare Plus option, once choosing to continue with my chosen Sharer at the end of the two week trial period, until such a time as I give notice to end the HomeShare arrangement and I agree to pay the Monthly Support Fee of €80 + VAT for our Homeshare Connect option once choosing to continue with my chosen Sharer at the end of the two week trial period, until such a time as I give notice to end the HomeShare arrangement
