    If my application is successful:

    (THE HomeShare Candidates)

    • I agree to abide by the THE HomeShare’s License Agreement
    • I agree to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE placement fee of €350 plus VAT once I agree to move forward with a homeshare trial (For Homeshare, NOT Help4Housing). This fee does NOT constitute a sdeposit. 
    • I confirm that in the event of an agreed Homehare match not moving forward (i.e. I change my mind/can no longer commit to homesharing after I signed the paperwork), I agree to pay half the placement fee (€175 + VAT) for services rendered
    • I agree to pay the monthly Support Fee of €320 plus VAT to THE HomeShare (For Homeshare, NOT Help4Housing) or €280 plus VAT outside large Cities from 14 days after my first placement (after the 2-week trial period) on the 28th of each calendar month until such a time as I or the Householder gives notice to end the arrangement. Please note bills may be extra, but usually capped at €65 per month.

    • I agree to abide by THE HomeShare’s Help4Housing License Agreement.
    • I agree to pay a non-refundable Placement Fee of 25% of one month's rent within 24 hours prior to the Help4Housing arrangement commencing.
    • I confirm that in the event of an agreed Help4Housing match not moving forward (i.e. I change my mind/can no longer commit to Homesharing) after THE Help4Housing Licence Agreement and Terms of Business have been received and signed, I agree to pay half the Placement Fee for services rendered.
    • I agree to pay 1 month's rent and 1 month's deposit into the Homeowner's bank account 24 hours prior to moving in and thereafter, monthly rent to be transferred to the Homeowner's bank accouont on time each month.
    • I agree that THE HomeShare may record personal data for office use only.

     

    THE HomeShare is GDPR compliant and will not share your data with any third parties. If I want my personal data destroyed by THE HomeShare, I will advise THE HomeShare by emailing info@thehomeshare.ie

    • I agree that THE HomeShare may conduct an enhanced National Vetting Bureau (Garda vetting) and a credit check.
    • I consent to THE HomeShare making a National Vetting Bureau check at any time for initial and ongoing periodic status checks.
    • In the event of an emergency, I consent to THE HomeShare contacting my listed Emergency Contact/Next of Kin 
    • I agree to provide 10 hours of support to the householder per week.
    • I agree to provide a proof of income to THE HomeShare as part of the credit check

    • I confirm that the information I have given is true. I understand that if information given on the application form is found to be false it may result in an offer of Homeshare being withdrawn and in respect of the information relating to criminal records if I have knowingly made a false statement may result in a criminal conviction.
