    Edge Adaptive Sports Centre, Staines
  • We can support beginner/ assisted waterskiers. The information on this form will help us set you up with the most appropriate adaptive equipment/ teaching technique.

Access Adventures tries to be as inclusive as possible, but as these are extreme sports there are some limitations to ensure safety.

To participate in waterskiing and wakeboarding, you do require some arm strength to hold onto the handle, as well as the ability to release it when needed. For individuals with weaker grip or arm strength, adaptive harnesses are available to provide support.

The participant should also have the ability to follow simple instruction.

Costs are subsidised for disabled skiers:

    £20 for 1 x ski set (10-15 minutes)

    £35 for 2 x ski sets

(or £15 per set for British Waterski disabled members - contact us to enquire)
