CycleSafe workshops are not traditional skills-based rodeos. Instead, they teach important safety concepts, using fun, age-appropriate discussion, demonstrations and activities to reinforce learning. Participants will have a chance to practice what they have learned throughout the session.

Getting Rollin' (Ages 5-7)

PREREQUISITES
All participants must have basic riding skills:

Ages 5-7 - balancing, pedaling, starting and stopping

Ages 7-9 and 10-12 - executing hand signals and braking (rear and front handlebrakes)
All participants are required to bring their own helmet.
Participants age 5-7 and 7-9 are encouraged to bring their own bicycles/scooters. Participants age 10-12 will not need a bicycle/scooter.
