Rules & Regulations
- Availability of any particular time/school/program depends upon the number of students registered in that group on first come first serve basis.
- GSA and/or Reach Edmonton and/or their associates can use pictures of the student for marketing purposes including but not limited to electronic, paper or social media.
- GSA is not liable for any injury, death or other losses incurred during, before or after the camp.
- Parents will not be allowed to sit in the classrooms without teacher’s prior
consent. Parents with disrespectful behavior towards staff/volunteer can be banned from the camp site.
- Students with disruptive behaviour can be removed from the class without any
notice.
- Students will participate in the summer celebration event or other related programs organized by GSA.
- No cell phones or other electronic devices are permitted in the classroom without teacher’s permission. If a student is found using such devices, they may be confiscated by the teacher until further notice.
- Students must use the camp resources in a responsible manner. Grade 8-10 students may be asked to volunteer for half of the time they are at the camp.
- Record of volunteer hours and reference will be provided at the discretion of
the volunteer supervisor based on the student’s performance.
- Grade 8-10 Drama students agree to rehearse on selected weekends and/or evenings at a location other than the school, as instructed by the program director.
- Once receipt is issued, program donation is absolutely not refundable, regardless of the reason.
- Children and Parents must wear mask and follow other COVID-19 protocols inside the school.
