Asimismo, le informamos que el tratamiento de estos se hará conforme a lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales y Reglamento UE 679/2016, y serán incluidos en un registro cuyo responsable es la Asociación Peña Atleti Internacional. Los datos proporcionados se conservarán mientras dure la participación asociativa y/o durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con las obligaciones legales. Le informamos también que no serán cedidos a terceros salvo en los casos en que exista una obligación legal. Usted tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si estamos tratando sus datos personales y podrá ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación o supresión, limitación de su tratamiento, oposición, portabilidad, y a oponerse a decisiones individuales automatizadas.
