• The Roadhaven tag must be attached to a collar always worn by the pet.
• You are required to always have a current rabies tag or an Apache Junction pet license on your pet. In the case of an escape, the tags make it easier for Roadhaven Security to return your pet to you.
• For assistance animals (guide/service/hearing trained animals), the owner must present a letter with the signature of a doctor stating that the animal is needed for medical reasons.
• Comfort animals are not allowed in common areas or buildings.
• The owner of a dog that bites a person when the person is in or on a public place or lawfully in or on a private place, including the property of the owner of the dog, is liable for damages suffered by the person bitten, regardless of the former viciousness of the dog or the owner's knowledge of its viciousness.
