Rentals are available October 1 - May 31. Renters will pay a non-refundable $25.00 check-in fee. To maintain the status of Roadhaven Resort as housing under HUD requirements, at least one member of the household must certify by signature below that they meet the required minimum age of 55. You will receive a separate email with an Age Verification link to complete prior to your arrival.
