Play Tennis Course (Level 1) Application Form

All candidates must be Garda Vetted through Tennis Ireland or have Access NI through Ulster Tennis within the previous 3 years. Please note vetting must be completed and not in process.

You will not be placed on the course without Garda Vetting.

Applicants must upload their Garda Vetting or Access NI disclosure as part of registration.

Applicants under 18 - please complete the form using your parent/guardian's e-mail address and phone number.

As this course is part-funded by Fingal, places on the course will be prioritised for registrants based in the Fingal area.

Course details and invoice for payment are issued to successful applicants once the course is full.

I permit to be included in any photographic or video material, which may be used for the purpose of documenting and promoting the Tennis Ireland Level 1 course.

I understand that my details will be shared with Sport Ireland Coaching for the purpose of stats, support, reporting and issuing certificates upon completion of the course

All applications will be reviewed and if successful, applicants will receive an email with the next steps and information regarding payment. Those unsuccessful will receive an email and will be added to the waiting list in the event someone withdraws from the course. Places are only awarded to those that meet the requirements on a first come first served basis.
