    Compliance digitalization and tool implementation

     

    The digitization of compliance requires the implementation of digital tools that enable the global and transverse compliance processes management within companies.

    This form is addressed to a panel of French and international companies.

    Its objective is to draw up an inventory of compliance (GDPR, Ethical-CSR, Discrimination & Bullying, Anti-corruption, Conflict of interest...) in payroll departments, both internal and external.

    The analysis of the results will allow us to propose solutions, measures to be taken, controls to be setting up, functionalities that the tools should integrate and training to be provided:

    This form is designed as followed:

    1) Get to know your company and the management of the various components of internal compliance.

    2) Share information about the implementation of the compliance process digitization project in your department of your company.

    3) Discuss the benefits, but also the risks, areas of concern and areas for improvement, as well as the organizational impacts of such a project.

    This Data is intended for the members of the ANFP Working Group and the Institute for the Digitalization of Compliance and Governance, as well as their partners, who need it for the realization of the above-mentioned study and white paper. The Data is kept for the duration of the existence of the Working Group and will be destroyed within one (1) year after the end of the existence of the Working Group.
