Troop Meeting Day
*Geographically where do most of your girls come from such as a specific neighborhood or school? i.e. Odessa Elementary School or Starkey Ranch neighborhood.
Describe the nearest, most recognizable landmark or intersection to where your troop meets. This is helpful for describing a general location for troop meetings to help potential new girls determine if the general meeting location is convenient for them.
example: Near St Rte 54 & Hwy 589, Near Alonso High School area, or Near the State Fairgroungs.
Troop Focus Area
Please select an area of focus for your troop this year if it has a specific purpose or goal. Most troops provide an overall Girl Scout experience and do not have a single focus area, these general troops would select none/other.
Total # of Girls assigned in your EXISTING Troop
Please include all girls assigned to the troop. *If your desired # of girls is greater than the # of girls on your troop roster you will be placed on the troop catalog for new girls to choose to join your troop.
Total # of DESIRED Girls to be in your assigned Troop
GSWCF recommends 8 girls for new troops, and approximately 12 girls for existing troops. I.E, Total # of EXISTING Girls is 10 and total DESIRED # Girls is 12. This means there are 2 total spots available for NEW Girl members.
Please indicate the number of girls by grade level if your troop has more than one program.
Do you have roster updates/changes to make at this time?
Provide the names of any girls and parents currently in your troop who need to be moved and a brief reason why like "not returning, moved, etc" . Your Customer Care Team will transfer anyone listed for your convenience.
