        E-mail Travel Consultation

We now offer travel consults via e-mail for those patients whose time is limited and need more scheduling flexibility! With an e-mail travel consultation, a Tarrytown Pharmacy pharmacist will reach out via e-mail within 3 business days to go over any information concerning travel updates, required and recommended immunizations, and answer any questions you may have. The e-mail travel consultation may involve multiple e-mails back and forth to gather information and answer questions. The pharmacist can then schedule a quick vaccine appointment for you to come and get the requested vaccines at your convenience. *By selecting this option, you are consenting to us discussing HIPAA information via email.

      • Important Details:

        • The CDC requires a "Pre-Travel Consultation" for people receiving the Yellow Fever Vaccine
          • If you have insurance, we process prescription insurance to see if they will help cover some or all of the cost
          • Uninsured or cash-pay patients are welcome
        • The cost of this consult is not refundable if you cancel the appointment.
        • Please note- medication for malaria prevention is often recommended for travel to many countries. We will go over the recommendation with you, but we do not have a provider on staff who can write a prescription for malaria prevention. If needed, your primary care provider or other physician would need to write a prescription for the medication.
        • Please bring a copy of your vaccine records to the appointment, if available.
      • Appointment Scheduling
