Notice of Consent Declaration Unsolicited Literature on Private Property

Please complete this form if you want to receive unsolicited or unsubscribed literature on your property in Sammamish.

Sammamish Municipal Code Chapter 5.45 prohibits the distribution of unsolicited and unsubscribed commercial advertising material and other unwanted literature or materials upon residential properties unless the property owner has completed this Notice of Consent Declaration.

Upon filing, this Notice of Consent Declaration will be open to inspection by the public, and the addresses of those who have filed notices of consent will be posted on the City website. The Notice of Consent Declaration will become effective 60 days after filing.

Note: Section 5.45.060 SMC exempts certain types of literature from the regulations, and they may be delivered regardless of whether this Notice of Consent has been submitted.
