    • Manage and oversee the design and implement comprehensive email and SMS campaigns including signup, subscription management, segmentation, and reporting.
    • Manage and lead the brand marketing team with a clear understanding of what is needed to meet KPIs.
    • Ensure best in class customer experiences, following industry best practices and global communications regulations, with our email and SMS campaigns.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to define, monitor, and improve segmentation.
    • Recommend, design, and implement experiments to drive performance improvements.

    • Rigorously maintain databases of customer information, drawing upon data as needed to inform recommendations and new implementations.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify our target email audience and grow our email list, using particularly placed sign up forms and gated content throughout the larger website.
    • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
    • Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices.
    • Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes.
    • Work with leadership and wider marketing team to determine goals; report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
    • Maintain email database our email database and upgrade email sends through sourced graphics, customization, calls-to-action, and additional advanced features.
    • Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies.

  • Graphic Design Manager

    • Develop and deliver an effective graphic design strategy and calendar, aligned to our brand, and sub-brands, plans which will position us as a leading voice in our sector.

  • Accounting Manager, Europe

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the European Accounting function, including close oversight of accounting in our distribution facility in Berlin, Germany.     • Manage the month-end close ensuring the compliance with the GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting principles) and Company’s rules.
    • Hire, train, coach, and develop a small team.
    • Manage daily operations of the accounting team for the area in charge, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.
    • Prepare, improve, and present the month-end calendar for approval.

In this position, you will be working closely alongside our Design Manager whilst acting as a mentor to our Design team to create exceptional collections and products spanning all wearable categories. We are looking for someone to support the development of our brand vision, further elevate the KILLSTAR aesthetic and be an innovative collaborator within our team.     • Supporting the Design Manager on seasonal concepts, including but not limited to; mood boards, fabric selection, colour concepts and seasonal inspirations across apparel and lifestyle.

    • Present inspiring, bold and innovative design ideas and display confidence in developing styles from sketch to sample, including technical drawings, garment construction and specifications for suppliers.
