Authorization Agreement for Property Tax Assessment Appeal Representation

I hereby authorize and designate AAA Property Tax Appeal, LLC to act as my sole and exclusive representative in any and all proceedings for the property specified below before the board of assessment review of the for purpose of reviewing the assessment of my real property as it appears on the 2025 assessment roll of such assessing unit.

I, as petitioner, (if necessary) also hereby designate AAA Property Tax Appeal, LLC to act as my sole & exclusive representative in any and all proceedings for the property specified below before the Small Claims Assessment Review of the Supreme Court for purposes of reviewing the assessment of my real property as it appears on the 2025 year assessment roll of the town assessor.

If the tax assessment is lowered (after the date of the signing of this agreement), I hereby agree to pay the DISCOUNTED RATE OF 55% of the first year's reduction in real estate taxes if payment is made within 30 days of being provided written proof that my tax assessment has been reduced. (The fee is a one-time fee If I do not pay within said 30 days, I agree to pay the UNDISCOUNTED RATE OF 75% of the first year's reduction in real estate taxes. If a refund for overpayment is due as a result of the assessment reduction, AAA shall have the exclusive right to elect to receive the refund on behalf of petitioner and apply said refund to any fee owed to AAA.

I understand that there are NO FEES in the event of an unsuccessful challenge, unless I withdraw my case or have requested to have AAA removed/replaced as my sole & exclusive representative; in such case, the fee shall be calculated as half the tax savings based upon a 25%
