Room reservations may be requested 14 to 60 days in advance of today.*

The rooms at the Libraries are available for community, charitable, and other local groups to meet. Our rooms are not suitable and will not be reserved for commercial endeavors, social functions (i.e. birthday parties, showers, receptions, or similar celebrations), exercise classes, dance classes, music lesssons or similar.

Room Rental Rates:

HJ Meeting Room - $25/hour - 90 person capacity limit

HJ Front Conference Room - $0/hour - 14 person capacity limit

HJ Back Conference Room - $0/hour - 12 person capacity limit

JRL Environmental Room - $15/hour - 25 person capacity limit
