Open House RSVP for Referral Partners & Apprentice Candidates

Please use this application to RSVP for our Apprenticeship Open House on October 30 at 11 am, in person at 690 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco (Refettorio SF)
- We ask Referral Partners to fill out this application instead of the client, to highlight that all Farming Hope Apprentices must have an engaged Case Manager in order to succeed in our transitional program
- In order to refer a client to Farming Hope's 12 week paid Apprenticeship program it is recommended that you attend the open house with your interested client. If you or your client are unable to attend but would still like to apply, please email program@farminghope.org
- After the open house, we will have opportunities to sign up for a working interview in our kitchen
