Trade Stall Requirements
- Trade Stall applications open on the 24th June and close on the 31st July. A confirmation email will be sent on the 1st August confirming your acceptance.
- Vendors must confirm site bookings and site fees payments must be made before 31st August 2022. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
- Cheque or money order can be made payable to Battle on the Bidgee Stockman’s Challenge.
- Shower and toilet facilities will be available for trade stall vendor’s convenience within the grounds.
- There are no powered sites for trade stall or camping. Please bring your own generator if power is required.
- Vendors must provide a copy of their current public liability insurance certificate for Battle on the Bidgee records. Applications will not be accepted without this copy sent with booking form and payment.
- Does not include wristbands theses can be pre-purchased or purchased at the gate on the day
2022 Site Fees - Non-Powered

Small Open from dawn to dusk $300 (Thursday till Sunday) 3x3 Gazebo

Medium Open from dawn to dusk $400 (Thursday till Sunday) 3 x 6 Gazebo

Large Open from dawn to dusk $500 (Thursday till Sunday) larger than 6x6 area

Food Open from dawn to dusk $500 for the weekend (Thursday till Sunday)
