*CAC card for active duty.

*DD214 for Veteran.

*Drivers License or ID for Auxilary spouse or child and proof of relation to civil or military person.

*Gold Star ID card for gold Star family Members.

*EMTs / Paramedics can use a State License, an unexpired EMT / Paramedic Certification issued within the past 48 months, or an ID Card with their name and title on it.

*Firefighters can use an ID card with their name and title on it, a Firefighter Certification issued within the past 48 months, or an unexpired Membership Card.

*Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) can use a valid ID card that states their name and title, a Pay Stub that shows their occupational title, or LEO Certification issued within the past 48 months.

*Federal LEOs can use your SF-50.

*911 Dispatchers can use an ID Card with their name and title on it or a 911 Dispatcher Certification issued within the past 48 months.

*Retired First Responders can use a Retiree ID card, Retirement Certificate, etc.

You understand and agree that all Volunteers (including yourself) are required to complete a 90 minute beginners Suicide Intervention Course online within the 1st 6 months of volunteership, and that crisis responders (if you put yes) will be required to take more classes (when opportunity arises) and refresher classes (annually)?*
You understand that the event #22minfor22vets is a mandatory event and must be attended at all team locations (drill weekends, death in family, deployments, and training field exercises are the only accepted excuses) this event date will be announced at the beginning of every year to allow plenty of time to put in for day off work, however please consult team officers if you are unable to attend the team function for instructions on an alternative. (The next 22min event will be announced no later than July 2022 for 2023)*
