  • For 2022, The All Wales Boat & Leisure Show is going all undercover to Venue Cymru, Llandudno ‘The Queen of the Welsh Watering Places’ overlooking the Irish Sea. A town just off the A55, lined with pastel-coloured hotels, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance of the event.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any exhibitor selling something not listed and accepted on this application will be asked to remove this item from their display.

    Stands must be hired and manned for the full duration of the event. Exhibitors will be refused future participation if this rule is breached, the following options are available for hire:

  • ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS PLEASE NOTE:  
    All cable extensions and connecting couplings must carry a P.A.T. Test Certificate (Portable Appliance Test) valid for the duration of the Show. A photocopy of the test certificate must be attached or be forwarded to the Office 1 month prior to the Show.
    The Show will be empowered to refuse electrical connection if a valid test certificate is not received within 1 month of the Show.

  • PUBLIC LIABILITY | RISK ASSESSMENT 

    Please note: all exhibitors/traders for all zones need to submit a copy of their public liability and any other relevant certificates:

     

  • Guidelines: Using the guidelines below, please consider what risk there is to those building up and removing trade stands and to visitors during the show/festival. Please outline the steps you propose to take to minimise that risk in the table above. Please copy this page if more space is required. If in your opinion, there is no risk, please print NO RISK. If unsure of stand features at the time of booking, and can therefore not complete this form, or if the risk changes before the show dates, please contact the show organisers ASAP.

    Slipping; drowning; tripping hazards; chemicals; moving parts of machinery; pressure systems; electricity; dust and fumers.

    Staff; maintenance personnel; contractors; operators etc. Pay particular attention to: staff with disabilities; visitors; lone workers.

    Do they: meet legal requirements; represent good practice; reduce risk as far as reasonable practicable.

    I/We am/are aware that this booking is not secured until either a deposit or balance or both have been supplied (dependent on date of booking and event).                                                                                                                          

    I/We am/are aware that the provision of extras will not be supplied unless full payment is received prior to the event.                                      

    I/We will / will not be utilising fuels other than electricity.

    I/We have read the terms and conditions and will complete an up to date of our Public Liability and risk assessment in line with up to date Covid Guidelines by 30 November 2022 and agree to abide by them:-                                                                            Please note: receipt of this application does not guarantee space at the show, the organisers reserves the right to cancel or amend any allocation of space up until the event, whereupon any monies collected will be refunded in full. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified and payments returned. Please note the sub-letting of your stand space is not permitted.                                                                                                     

    I/We confirm to abide by the Exhibitor Manual and to indemnify Sbarc Ltd against any claim arising from Personal Injury, Loss or Damage to Property, however occasioned.                                                                                                                                                                         

    I/We am/are that all electric used at the show, including any extension leads, will have a current PAT certificate before, during and after the duration of the event. The total power consumption of appliances attached to a single outlet extension leads will not exceed the capacity of the extension lead.

    I/We also agree to clear the site of all litter and rubbish after the show and to deposit such litter and rubbish in the receptacles provided.

    By submitting this form I confirm that I have read and understand all sections of the form. I also confirm that all the details contained herein are correct and that I will notify Sbarc Ltd in writing within 14 days of any changes to this information.

    I understand that by falsifying any details my application and any subsequent registration will be invalid.

    Under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 it is mandatory to demonstrate legal right to work in the UK. Therefore if you are NOT a national from the UK, Switzerland or the European Economic Area countries, you MUST send us proof of a legal right to work in the UK.
