All information provided will remain confidential and will be used for the sole purpose of processing applications for Stewardship Home Management only. If a lease is not signed, all applications and agreements will be destroyed.

This agreement is only valid if rental contract is signed by both tenant and Stewardship Home Management. All personal information will be destroyed if no agreement is enacted.
