  • Class Guidelines

    Yoga classes are offered through Zoom, 5-6 times a week (morning classes: 9-10 am, evening classes: 6-7 pm). Upon completion of this registration form, you will receive email confirmation which contains a link that you will click to be added to the FitKarwaan Network WhatsApp Group. The WhatsApp channel provides regular updates on schedules, classes, and any changes in the timings. Spam messages are not tolerated. Zoom details, password, and class timings will also be included in the same confirmation email once registration is complete.

  • Precautions

    Do not apply body lotion to hands and feet before the class. Don’t eat anything 2-3 hours before the class, and don’t drink anything 45 min to 1 hour before the class. If you wish you may have 1-2 sips of water during the class. Don’t wear socks (or wear non-slippery Yoga socks) during the Asana practice. You can wear it during Pranayama and Meditation practice. Remove glasses, any hanging jewelry or wrist watch before the class.

    These online Yoga and wellness classes are not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis or treatment. It is your responsibility to take care of any underlying health issues. Always consult your physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have disability, pain or discomfort. Nothing in the class should be regarded as medical advice.

    Benefits attributed to practice of Yoga comes from ancient Yogic traditions. Results will vary with each individual.

    When you are not sure of any aspect of the practice, or feel unwell, seek medical advice.

    Teachers are not liable for any injury, damages or adverse effects to anyone in this group resulting from taking these online classes. Participants joining this group is considered as their implied consent to this waiver.

    By virtually signing this waiver, you also consent to having your picture taken for social media and website. Note that you are more than welcome to turn your camera off when we take group pictures, and pictures will never be taken without informing the whole class beforehand. 

    For safety reasons, when you log in for the class, log in with your name used in registration. Do not use the name of your laptop, phone or anyone else in your family.

    Do not pass the link ID and password to anyone else. To create a safe space for everyone, only registered participants take part in the practice.

    All Yoga Class information including 1) Zoom Meeting Link, 2) Zoom Meeting ID, 3) Zoom Meeting Password, 4) WhatsApp Join Link, 5) a copy of your registration and 6) FitKarwaan Infographic WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION APPROVAL EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE SHORTLY AFTER COMPLETING THIS FORM.
