Load-Out Assistants: Help artist and sponsors tear down their booths Sunday, as needed, during Load-Out beginning at 5pm. Help direct traffic for artists. Artists are not allowed to bring their cars on premise until after 5:30pm. This is to ensure safety for the public while people are exiting the Fair. Artists are allowed to dolly items back to their car, but they cannot bring their car to the booth until 5:30pm. This is a strict policy. Also be prepared to answer questions regarding departing the fair and exiting Lexington, KY.Patron Greeters: Provide a cheery start to each patron's experience. Check-In at the Volunteer Check in Tent to get Fair maps and other printed materials for distribution to the public. Remain stationed at an assigned Fair entrance to help patrons find their way around the grounds. Offer all arriving patrons Fair maps. Return extra materials to the LAL Booth after the shift for the next Patron Greeter.

Thank for your interest in volunteering! Unfortunately, you must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at the Woodland Art Fair. If you are under 16, and still want to volunteer, you may volunteer if a parent or guardian volunteers with you. Have your parent/guardian fill out the form and send us an email at WoodlandArtFair@gmail.com to let us know that you will be accompanying them.
