TATTOO APPOINTMENT REQUEST FORM:
Thank you for your interest in my work! I work at No Dice Tattoo in West Passyunk, South Philly. Filling out a form does NOT guarantee an appointment. Requests are replied to on a first come first serve basis and are booked based on design and availability. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book for all first time clients. Please know that if you send me a request you WILL receive a reply! A 7-14 day response wait time is normal for me, but could be longer depending on how many requests I get. Please be patient!I am excited to work with you!
Here’s some important info to know before submitting a form:
The shop minimum is $150. My hourly rate is $150/hr and I charge ONLY for active tattoo “gloves on” procedure time. This is a general rate usually applied to custom pieces and we can discuss budget and session options during our consult. I cannot send custom drawings ahead of the appointment date- I always leave time during the appointment to perfect the design with you before we tattoo it. I prefer just the person getting tattooed at the appointment but if you’d like to bring 1 other person that’s fine! MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. Please let me know if you want me to mask. I’m happy to.
