  • Our studio requests that every extension guest comes in for a face to face or virtual consultation prior to your appointment. Would you be willing to devote 30/45 minutes to discuss your hair goals and review your options with Tiffany?*
  • All of the extension methods that we offer require some form of maintenance to keep your hair healthy, and to keep them looking their best. Most are anywhere between 6 and 8 weeks. Would you be willing to commit to coming in to maintain your look?*

  • FIRST TIME CLIENT TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS:

    *there is a $55 fee for our consultaiton in studio or virtually. If deciding to move forward within our studio (we would love to have you), your $50 consultation fee would come off of your new se application. If any additional consultations are required, it will be complementary.

    *scheduling a consultation can take up to three weeks depending on yours and The Collectives' current availability.

    *We custom order the hair per guest, which typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in the studio. Your application appointment is typically between 2 and 6 weeks from your consultation based on if you need any other services ( such as color or keratin ) before your application.

    **Overall, the process can take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete.
